White Resin V5 is an exceptionally bright white General Purpose Resin, offering an optimal balance of fast print speed, high accuracy, presentation-ready appearance, strong mechanical properties, and an easy, reliable workflow. Create parts that are stiff and strong with a surface finish that rivals injection moulding. White Resin V5 is a matte, bright white that captures fine features accurately. White Resin V5 is a new material formulation that leverages the Form 4 ecosystem to print three times faster than the previous version. White Resin is perfect for general purpose prototyping and design. It’s precision in manufacture makes it excellent for capturing small details. It is also incredibly easy to use, with parts being able to be used straight off the printer. With a tensile strength of 65 MPa, you can rely on the White Resin to produce strong designs to withstand a variety of applications. Combining quick production with strong mechanical properties makes White Resin suitable for many uses. Using White Resin produces accurate components which will meet your design tolerances. Grey Resin also produces parts with a smooth finish, giving any design a visually pleasing aesthetic. With a 58.4 °C / 137.1 °F @ 0.45 MPa heat deflection temperature, you can be assured that parts printed with White Resin will be suitable to be used in the manufacture of most domestic products. Standard White Resin only requires a cure time of 10-15 minutes. This is up to 75% quicker than other resins on the market, this enables your business to adapt a more efficient development and prototyping process.
