Three Different Work Modes
Three operating modes are available on the EinScan Rigil to maximise efficiency and adaptability.
Standalone Mode: All scanning and processing operations are carried out directly on the hardware, negating the need for a PC connection.
Wireless PC Mode: This mode maximises performance for intricate jobs and massive data volumes by utilising built-in Wi-Fi 6 to enable seamless wireless scanning and connect to a powerful computer.
Wired PC Mode: Preserving data capacity, maximum scanning speed, and availability in intricate network settings.

Laser HD Mode with Hybrid Light Source
Two distinct sets of cameras are made especially to record various light sources, accordingly.
- Lines of blue laser
- VCSEL infrared
EinScan Rigil 3D Scanner offers top-notch models with high geometric resolution up to 0.05mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m.
- 19 + 19 crossed laser lines: provides exceptional efficiency and versatility for high-speed scanning.
- 7 parallel laser lines: consistently produces precise details.

Infrared Rapid Mode with Dynamic Laser Switching
To accomplish speed and detail in a single scanning project, the data can be combined and two laser scan modes can be switched throughout the scanning process.
High efficiency and extensive coverage of medium to large objects are provided by the VCSEL infrared-powered scanning technology.
- Accuracy of volume up to 0.1 + 0.3 mm/m
- Distance of operation: 160–1500 mm
- A maximum scanning speed of 1,600,000 points per second

Marker-Free Laser Scanning with Full Colour Texture
The unique tracking technology in EinScan Rigil enables marker-free blue laser scanning via the Laser + IR hybrid scan mode that is presently accessible in the EXScan Rigil program. This allows for higher data quality than marker-free infrared scanning and higher efficiency than conventional marker-based laser scanning.
With a 5MP HD camera that can recover fine texture details, designers, engineers, and artists can preserve the model’s authenticity throughout the digitisation process, giving them more accurate data for further research and production.
Wireless scanning: Not requiring a PC connection Operating effectively outside in the sun 6.4″ 2K AMOLED, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 32GB eMMC, 1TB SSD ROM, and 6000mAh 2 replaceable batteries. Cutting Plane Tool: The Cutting Plane Tool allows you to quickly cut and clean up 3D models by drawing a line, which automatically repairs the mesh and aligns coordinates as needed. Mirror: The Mirror tool quickly creates a symmetrical copy of your 3D mesh, allowing for more efficient design, maintenance, and reverse engineering. Flip Normal: The Flip Normal tool corrects inverted surfaces, allowing 3D models to appear normally. Remove small floating parts:
