SHINING 3D EinScan Rigil – The Tri-Mode Laser 3D scanner

  • Triple Work Modes: Wired, Wireless, and Standalone PC
  • Blue Laser + IR VCSEL Hybrid Light Source
  • Scanning Using Lasers Without Markers
  • Completely Wireless Process
EinScan Rigil-Three Working Modes

Three Different Work Modes

Three operating modes are available on the EinScan Rigil to maximise efficiency and adaptability.

Standalone Mode: All scanning and processing operations are carried out directly on the hardware, negating the need for a PC connection.

Wireless PC Mode: This mode maximises performance for intricate jobs and massive data volumes by utilising built-in Wi-Fi 6 to enable seamless wireless scanning and connect to a powerful computer.

Wired PC Mode: Preserving data capacity, maximum scanning speed, and availability in intricate network settings.

Einscan Rigil-Laser HD Mode

Laser HD Mode with Hybrid Light Source

Two distinct sets of cameras are made especially to record various light sources, accordingly.

  • Lines of blue laser
  • VCSEL infrared

EinScan Rigil 3D Scanner offers top-notch models with high geometric resolution up to 0.05mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m.

  • 19 + 19 crossed laser lines: provides exceptional efficiency and versatility for high-speed scanning.
  • 7 parallel laser lines: consistently produces precise details.

Einscan Rigil-laser scanning

Infrared Rapid Mode with Dynamic Laser Switching

To accomplish speed and detail in a single scanning project, the data can be combined and two laser scan modes can be switched throughout the scanning process.

High efficiency and extensive coverage of medium to large objects are provided by the VCSEL infrared-powered scanning technology.

  • Accuracy of volume up to 0.1 + 0.3 mm/m
  • Distance of operation: 160–1500 mm
  • A maximum scanning speed of 1,600,000 points per second

Einscan rigil-Full Colour Texture Scanning

Marker-Free Laser Scanning with Full Colour Texture

The unique tracking technology in EinScan Rigil enables marker-free blue laser scanning via the Laser + IR hybrid scan mode that is presently accessible in the EXScan Rigil program. This allows for higher data quality than marker-free infrared scanning and higher efficiency than conventional marker-based laser scanning.

With a 5MP HD camera that can recover fine texture details, designers, engineers, and artists can preserve the model’s authenticity throughout the digitisation process, giving them more accurate data for further research and production.

EXScan Rigil Software

Cutting Plane Tool:

The Cutting Plane Tool allows you to quickly cut and clean up 3D models by drawing a line, which automatically repairs the mesh and aligns coordinates as needed.

Mirror:

The Mirror tool quickly creates a symmetrical copy of your 3D mesh, allowing for more efficient design, maintenance, and reverse engineering.

Flip Normal:

The Flip Normal tool corrects inverted surfaces, allowing 3D models to appear normally.

Remove small floating parts:
This application automatically removes small noise fragments from scan data, making mesh cleaning simple for 3D printing and reverse engineering.

FAQ

Why choose EinScan Rigil?
EinScan Rigil is intended to meet the 3D modelling needs of prosumers in the automotive aftermarket. It considerably improves efficiency in producing high-quality 3D models by integrating quick scanning capabilities, optimised professional workflows, lightweight computing solutions, and extensive data editing tools.

Can different laser lines be switched?
During the scanning process, EinScan Rigil’s 19 + 19 crossing laser lines and 7 parallel laser lines can be switched, and the data gathered by each mode can be combined to achieve speed and detail in a single scanning project.

What are the three working modes of this product?
Standalone Mode: All scanning and processing processes are carried out directly on the hardware, providing great mobility and convenience of use.
Wireless PC Mode: This mode uses built-in Wi-Fi 6 to enable seamless wireless scanning and connects to a computer for maximum computational capacity, optimising performance for complicated jobs.
Wired PC Mode: Connect to a PC via a USB type-C cable, ensuring maximum availability and reliability in complex network situations or under limited network conditions.

What is the device’s power supply method?
The device is powered by 2 x 6000mAh replaceable batteries, which can be quickly replaced (but currently does not support hot swapping). It also supports USB Type-C power supply while charging and using simultaneously.
